Personalized Dog Bowls With Your Dog's Name

Choose the stone, choose the size, and put your dog's name across the front. Each one is cut to order in our Chicago shop, so no two leave the shop quite the same.

The Idea

Why Personalising Stone Is Different

A name printed on a plastic bowl wears off in the dishwasher. A name on a granite station is part of a piece of furniture that sits in your kitchen for years — which is a different kind of object, and worth thinking about differently.

Because every stand is cut from a remnant slab, the stone you pick is genuinely yours: the veining across your Calacatta or the fleck through your Black Pearl granite will not repeat on the next one we build. Adding the name is what turns a good-looking feeder into the one that belongs to your dog specifically.

It is also why these sell as gifts. A personalised stone station is a difficult thing to buy for yourself and an easy thing to be delighted by — particularly for a new puppy, or as a memorial piece.

13 Options

Choosing the Stone

The catalogue currently runs to thirteen stones, split between natural granite and engineered quartz. Marble-look quartz — Carrera White, Calacatta Gold, Calacatta Colosium — reads bright and clean and suits a lighter kitchen. Natural granites like Black Pearl and Copper Blue Exotic are darker and busier, and hide dust and water marks noticeably better day to day.

The 3D designer lets you put your dog's name on each stone and turn the station around before you commit to anything. It is free, it takes about a minute, and it is by far the easiest way to tell whether a busy granite or a clean quartz is right for your room.

FAQ

Common Questions

How is my dog's name put onto the stone?

The name is applied to the front face of the stand. Send the spelling exactly as you want it to read when you order — we confirm the spelling and the layout with you before anything is cut, because this is the one detail that cannot be undone afterwards.

How long does a personalised station take?

Custom builds are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so they take longer than the ready-to-go stations. We confirm the timing with you at the point of order, since it depends on the stone you choose and what slab is on hand.

Can I put something other than a name on it?

Short text works best — a name, two names for a pair of dogs, or a short word. Long phrases get cramped on the front face, particularly on the Small stand. We will tell you honestly if what you have asked for will not sit well at that size.

What if I have two dogs?

A single station holds two bowls, which suits two dogs that eat together peacefully. If they need separating, two stations is the better answer, and both can be personalised individually.
